We offer a 30-day return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.

Return Conditions: For hygiene and safety reasons, all piercing jewelry that has been opened or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return.

Refund Process: Contact us at hi@piercova.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with the return address. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

For quality issues, please contact us within 7 days. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange.
